Whether you are in London, Paris, New York, or Tokyo – the HARIBO Gold Bears, the Liquorices Wheels or the popular Happy Cherries - these sweets are making children and grown-ups happy all over the world.
It is important for HARIBO to be as close as possible to the consumer. Five factories in  Germany, three in France, one each in Austria, England, Denmark, Spain, Belgium and Turkey are acting as manufacturing companies not just for the local market but also in neighboring countries. Beside five production locations in Germany, HARIBO today has eight further operations in Europe.
FOR MUSLIM COUNTRIES
For the Middle East and the Islamic countries, Haribo uses only Beef-Halal-Gelatine which is certified through the Saudi Arabian Embassy and from the Islamic authorities, as well as from the Embassy of the UAE in Germany.
The production for the Islamic countries takes place in Germany and Turkey only to guarantee its conformity to the Islamic rules and regulations.
